We have noticed that an Assigned tasks do not work properly anymore. Is there anything we can do about that?


Create a Transport Rule which identifies a Tasks and prevents them from being processed by Crossware Mail Signature for O365.

Assigning a Task appends "Task Request:" to the Subject Line e.g.

Subject: Task Request: TEST 1:09

The "Task Request:" can be identified by the below Transport Rule:

Transport Rule Settings

Apply this rule if:
Header: Subject
Matches: ^Task Request:
Priority: Needs to be Higher than the Crossware Transport Rule

Do the following:
Header: X-CWesigProcessed
Value: Y

Except If:
Header: X-CWesigProcessed
Value: Y
