How do I stop Read Receipts from being processed by Crossware Email Signature?

1. From the Exchange admin center go to Mail Flow > Rules

2. Create a new rule by selecting Add a rule - Create a new rule

3. Set rule conditions

Name: Read Receipt bypass Crossware

Apply this rule if: The message properties > include the message type > ReadReceipt

Do the following: Modify the message properties > set a message header

message header: x-cwesigprocessed value: Y

4. Set rule settings

Match sender address in message: Envelope > Click Next

(see screen captures below)

5. Select Finish to save the newly created rule

6. Update the Rule Priority

Please update the priority of the rule so it is higher than the CrosswareMSTransportRule
