How do I stop Read Receipts from being processed by Crossware Mail Signature?

1. From the Exchange admin center go to Mail Flow > Rules

2. Create a New Rule

3. Click on More options...

4. Rule Settings

Name: Read Receipt bypass Crossware

Apply this rule if...: The message type is...Read Receipt

(see screen captures below)

Do the following... > Set the message header to this value...

message header: x-cwesigprocessed

value: Y

(see screen captures below)

Match sender address in message > Select Envelope

(see screen captures below)

5. Click on Save

6. Update the Rule Priority

Please update the priority of the rule so it is high than the CrosswareMSTransportRule
