1. Navigate to https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage
2. Click Show all
3. Click the Billing drop down option
4. Select Your products
5. Click on the Crossware app
6. Click Cancel subscription
7. Select a reason for cancelling your subscription
8. Click Cancel subscription
