Add Convert Rich Text to HTML option on configuration document

Prior to this release, emails in a Rich Text format always had the "Rich Text" signature appended.

In this release, a new option has been added to convert the Rich Text email into a HTML email before appending the HTML signature.

Enabling this option will disable the "Rich Text" editor and the automatic conversion from Rich Text to HTML. You must create a custom HTML signature.
