How can I see how many users I am currently licensed for?
Answer
From the Crossware Portal Home Page select the settings icon on the navigation panel to your left:
Crossware Mail Signature (crossware365.com)

Select SERVICE STATUS
The current purchased count should display in the field highlighted below.
NOTE: Any changes to the license count may take up to 24 hours to display correctly in the Crossware Portal. This will have no impact on processing your messages. Above field is only visible for Customers.
