How can I ensure that a signature/signature block only gets applied on new emails, not on email replies in a conversation?
 

Solution

 
1. Log into Crossware Mail Signature and click Signature Designer.

2. In the left sidebar menu, select Signature Blocks > Choose the Signature Block that you would like to apply for new emails only > Click on the Edit icon.



3. Go to the APPLY tab > Under the "Which emails should it be applied to?" section, select the "New emails only" option > Click SAVE.


4. Your Signature or Signature Block will now only be applied on the replies in a conversation, any new emails will not have this Signature / Signature Block. Make sure to test that the configuration works in practice before leaving the Signature Designer.
