The Number of Users whose emails are being processed by Crossware has Exceeded my Licensed Subscription.How can I determine the number of users who are using the Crossware Service?
Solution
To identify which users are triggering the Transport Rule.
1. Please edit the Crossware Transport Rule
2. Identify the Group/Groups Triggering the Crossware Transport Rule
3. A count of the Members in the Group should reflect Current Usage.
Note: There may be nested Groups whose members will also add to the current usage
