1. Navigate to https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage
2. Click Show all
3. Click the Billing drop down option
4. Select Your products
5. Click on the Crossware app
6. Click Edit recurring billing
7. Click Off
8. Click Save
9. Click Done
