How do I purchase Crossware via Microsoft AppSource?
NOTE: Please note that if you have an existing subscription with Crossware but are wanting to change distributors, you will have to contact the support team at support@crossware365.com before proceeding with the steps below.
Solution
1. Go to the Microsoft AppSource page
2. Using the search tool, search for Crossware and you should see the application Crossware Email Signature for Office 365 pop up.
3. Once you are on the Crossware application page, select the Get it now option and fill in each step accordingly.
4. When the steps have been completed and you are on the final step, click the Place order button to finish the purchase.
Post-Purchase/Setup
Once the purchase and setup has been completed, Crossware may require you to activate your account again by clicking Setup account.
