How do I manually update our Crossware Active Directory Cache?
 

Solution

1. Log into Crossware Mail Signature and click on "Admin" in the sidebar menu.

 

2. Click on the "Manage Users" option.

 

3. Below should be two options labelled "Update AD data - All Users" and "Update AD data - User" - select the option relevant to your request.
