Note: The first step will be to contact Support at Support@crossware365.com and request the Dynamic Signatures Feature Flag enabled for your Microsoft Tenant.

In Dynamic Signatures, you can switch to the Settings Panel to modify the behaviour of Dynamic Signatures within Outlook.

Individual User Settings

Initial Signature: If your signature has an internal and external block, select which you want Auto-Insert to default to when you open a new email.

Signature to use: This changes whether Dynamic Signature will load the set of signatures assigned to the user that is added in the from field, or the current Mailbox that you are focused on/sending from, or the overall user logged into Outlook.

Display Messaging: Toggle the Dynamic Messages for Dynamic Signatures at the top of the email.

Refresh Available Features: In the Crossware Portal, your admin may have added or removed some features that you are not seeing reflected in your add-in.
This button will run a refresh of your features allowing your Dynamic Signatures to pick up the latest features assigned to you.

Admin Settings

Default Initial Signature: If your organisation's signature has an internal and external block, select for the entire organisation, which you want Auto-Insert to default to when your team opens a new email.
If a user sets their default signature above in the individual setting, this will override the admin setting.

Display Messaging (default): Toggle, for your entire organisation, the Dynamic Messages for Dynamic Signatures at the top of the email.
If a user sets their display messaging above in the individual setting, this will override the admin setting.
