1. Navigate to https://portal.crossware365.com/cms/designer/signatures
2. Click Order of Selection
3. The numbers show the order of selection.
Tip: You can change the order of selection. One way to change the order is by dragging and dropping signatures into their desired position.
An alternative way of changing the order is hovering over a signature and using the up and down arrows.
4. Clicking the big up arrow moves the signature up one in the order.
5. Clicking the smaller up arrow moves the signature to the top of the order.
6. Clicking the big down arrow moves the signature down one in the order.
7. Clicking the smaller down arrow moves the signature to the bottom of the order.
