Crossware Status Page
This will display real-time updates on the operational status of our services.
To access the Page, go to status.crossware365.com
There are various levels of status for each of the components the make up our service.
Here is what each status level means:
Operational: All systems are functioning as expected.
Degraded Performance: Some components are experiencing issues, but service is still available.
Partial Outage: Significant issues affecting a portion of our services.
Major Outage: Critical Issues impacting the entire system.
Some services are specific to each region - check the status of the Processing Engine that applies to you.
Incidents
If there are ongoing incidents, you will find detailed information on each incident including its status, updates, and resolution progress.
You also have the option to Subscribe to Updates if you want to be notified via email regarding the incident progress.

Stay informed by subscribing to notifications for specific components or incidents.
