How do I retrieve logs from OWA for Dynamic Signatures?
Solution
1. Sign in to your browser > Log into OWA > Compose a new email and open the Dynamic Signature Add-in
2. Click on the Kebab menu (the three dots) on the top right-corner of the browser > Expand the More tools option and select Developer tools
3. Once the panel has been opened, select the More tools button and select the Application option.
4. Under the Storage section, expand the Local storage option and select Https://addin.crossware365.com
5. On the panel on the right please add a new value in the box under Key / Value
6. Please enter the following
Key = xwdebug
Value = true
7. Now please return to the mail window (leaving the dev tool panel open) and create new mail and wait for the add-in to try to insert a signature.
Please then click on the console tab in the dev tools (top menu)
Then right click and click save as
Once the steps have been completed, please save the logs to your desktop and mail the file to the support team to review.
Once the logs have been mailed, please go back and remove the debug line.
