How do I retrieve logs from OWA for Dynamic Signatures?
NOTE: This article is targeted towards customers using Microsoft Edge but is also compatible for the following browsers (steps may vary depending on the browser): Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox.
Solution
1. Sign in to your browser > Log into OWA > Compose a new email and open the Dynamic Signature Add-in
2. Click on the Kebab menu (the three dots) on the top right-corner of the browser > Expand the More tools option and select Developer tools
3. Once the panel has been opened, select the More tools button and select the Application option.
4. Under the Storage section, expand the Local storage option and select Https://addin.crossware365.com
