How do I delete local signatures for individual users?

Solution

Outlook:

1. Open your Outlook desktop > Compose a New Email 

2. Click on the Message tab > Select the Signatures button

3. Select the signatures and click Delete

Gmail

1. Open your Gmail account > Click on the Settings icon on the top-right corner > Select See all settings

2. In the General tab, scroll down on the page until you see the Signatures section > Select the signatures, click on the Delete signature button.

3. After you have made the changes, scroll to the end of the page and click Save changes to save the changes made.
