For customers who cannot access the embedded link:
1. Navigate to https://portal.crossware365.com/cms/designer/signatures
2. Click on the Home page > Hover over the signature > Click on the Edit button
3. Hover over the main signature > Click on the HTML Code button
4. Highlight the code > Copy the code to your clipboard
5. Close the code by clicking the CANCEL button
6. Click Insert New Block
7. Hover over the recently created signature block > Click on the HTML Code button
8. Paste the copied code into the text box
9. Click OK
10. Click SAVE & CLOSE
11. Re-open the signature by clicking on the Edit button
12. Select the Kebab menu on the Main Signature box > Click Remove Signature HTML
13. Click SAVE & CLOSE
