Delete the CrosswareTransportRule

 

2. Expand the Mail flow option

 

3. Click Rules

 

4. Select the "CrosswareTransportRule"

 

5. Click Delete

 

6. Click Confirm

 

Delete the connectors

 

7. Click Connectors

 

8. Select the "CrosswareInboundConnector"

 

9. Click Delete

 

10. Confirm the deletion

 

11. Select the "CrosswareOutboundConnector"

 

12. Click Delete

 

13. Confirm the deletion

 

Delete the groups

 

 

15. Click Teams & groups drop-down option

 

16. Click Active teams & groups

 

17. Click Distribution list tab

 

18. Select the "CrosswareMailSignatureUsers" group

 

19. Click Delete group

 

20. Confirm the deletion

 

21. Click the Security groups tab

 

22. Select the "CrosswareMailSignatureAdmins" group

 

23. Click Delete group

 

24. Confirm the deletion

 

Permanently disabling the Dynamic Signatures add-in

 

25. Click Integrated apps

 

26. Click Dynamic Signatures

 

27. Click Remove app

 

28. Tick the box 'Yes, I'm sure I want to remove the app and associated data."

 

29. Click Remove
