Permenantly disabling Crossware Email Signature in Microsoft 365
1. Navigate to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/homepage
Delete the CrosswareTransportRule
2. Expand the Mail flow option
3. Click Rules
4. Select the "CrosswareTransportRule"
5. Click Delete
6. Click Confirm
Delete the connectors
7. Click Connectors
8. Select the "CrosswareInboundConnector"
9. Click Delete
10. Confirm the deletion
11. Select the "CrosswareOutboundConnector"
12. Click Delete
13. Confirm the deletion
Delete the groups
Navigate to https://admin.microsoft.com/#/homepage
14. Click Teams & groups drop-down option
15. Click Active teams & groups
16. Click Distribution list tab
17. Select the "CrosswareMailSignatureUsers" group
18. Click Delete group
19. Confirm the deletion
20. Click the Security groups tab
21. Select the "CrosswareMailSignatureAdmins" group
22. Click Delete group
23. Confirm the deletion
