IMPORTANT NOTE: This article refers to temporarily disabling Crossware Mail Signature. If you want to permanently disable Crossware Mail Signature, please follow the instructions in this article.
You can temporarily disable Crossware Mail Signature through your Microsoft 365 Exchange Admin Center.
1. Log in to the Exchange Admin Center and click Mail Flow > Rules.
2. Un-check the box under ON next to the "CrosswareMailSignatureRule".
3. Crossware Mail Signature is now disabled and email signatures will not be applied to your sent emails.

NOTE: Changes to this rule may take up to 60 minutes to take effect, as the change needs to propagate through the Microsoft 365 Infrastructure.
