Accessing fields contained within email messages

Email Field look-ups allow you to extract data from the email. For example you may wish to mention the subject line within an email disclaimer, or include the senders email address as part of the signature.

Configuring custom database lookups allows you to define a lookup of type Email Field whereby you can enter a field from the email document, and have that available as a signature lookup. Setting the field name to a value of INetFrom allows the senders email address to be added to a signature.
