CWLocalMem

This is an ini file variable used to control the use of Shared/ Local Memory. This should only be used under instruction from Crossware Support.

It is set in the server's notes.ini

file: CWLocalMem=Y

This will result in the loading/license messages being displayed in the console for all Notes processes separately.

When this option is set, changes in license keys will not take affect immediately for all Domino processes.
